The OG8202/C/N Opus 800 natural gas hob from Lincat (with chrome plate) is 900 mm wide and has a rated power of 23.0 kW. It transfers heat to the food more efficiently than a standard grill. The chrome surface heats up faster than standard grills – minimising energy loss and reducing energy radiation, keeping the kitchen cooler and more comfortable for staff and reducing the pressure on the ventilation system. Two individually controlled heat zones allow you to manage each zone separately to provide a smaller cooking area when needed. Alternatively, cook two separate dishes at the same time for added flexibility. Convenient piezo ignition and pilot burners for standby operation.
