Blue Seal Evolution Series G55T gas plate and salamander

Since 1918, Pitco has been making chefs' lives easier with industry-leading commercial fryers. Their innovative and cutting-edge engineering is revolutionizing the way we fry our food, with systems like the patented Pitco frialator. Using tubes, the frialator system heats fryers more evenly and prevents food from absorbing harmful oils and fats, which in turn allows food to retain its natural flavor.

Other features include integrated splash guards to reduce the risk of burns, triple pipe and cooling zone features and drain spouts for quick and easy maintenance. Universally designed to fit a variety of power supplies, Pitco fryers are a truly versatile piece of equipment for your kitchen.
