Using Solstice technology, this Pitco SG18S Solstice™ fryer has reliable burners that are equipped with heat exchanger baffles in each tube for efficient heat transfer. This design saves gas costs compared to similar models and ensures quick recovery time each time a batch of food is added. In addition, less heat escapes through the flue, keeping the ambient air in the kitchen at a comfortable temperature. Millivolt thermostat controls maintain a precise oil temperature that users can adjust between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
This Pitco SG18S gas fryer is made of durable stainless steel, and the brushed finish smooths the surface for easy cleaning. To resist sagging, the door is mounted on a durable hinge. The unit has a front-mounted drain and comes with a drain extension that directs the drained oil into an approved container or filter system. Operators can use the drain cleaning rod to remove sediment from the fry pan and drain line.
